Lamoni Freedom Fund Grant Recipients On December 6, 2023, grant recipients of the Lamoni Freedom Fund, a SCICF endowment, were recognized and awarded their funds. The Lamoni Freedom Fund was created by a generous donation years ago from a family that loved the Lamoni community. Lamoni benefits from the interest made from that donation every year. Resting Paws Dog Park is being added at the Amish Country Store / Maid-Rite site. Work has nearly completed on the fence and trees have been planted. The park is free to the community and has two pens; 1 large pen for large dogs (20 lbs.+) and another pen for small dogs. What a great new addition to this amazing stop on Exit 4!
